1. How do I receive credit for taking a course?
After completing an HRrecert course online, you can access your Activity IDs on the MY COURSES page at www.hrrecert.com. A printable certificate of completion with Activity IDs is also available. To receive credit, submit the Activity ID number(s) through your HRCI or SHRM account. Your completed course records are securely stored on our website for four years.

2. How frequently are courses updated?
Our courses undergo annual updates to reflect changes in HR management, particularly focusing on legal environment adjustments. You can stay current with the latest industry trends and practices through our regularly updated content.

3. What format are course materials offered in?
All course materials and assessments are conveniently provided online. Study at your own pace from the comfort of your home or office without the need for textbooks or attending physical classrooms. Courses include reading materials and interactive assessments.

4. What is the estimated time for each course?
Generally, one credit equates to approximately one hour of study time, comprising 45 minutes of course materials and 15 minutes of assessments. For instance, a two-credit course would typically take around two hours to complete.

5. What is the passing score for course assessments?
Assessments are integrated throughout the course to reinforce understanding. To complete a course, you must answer all assessment questions correctly. You'll have multiple attempts to achieve the correct answers, ensuring comprehensive learning and mastery of the subject matter.

6. Can I resume a course if I exit before completion?
Yes, your progress is saved automatically. You can exit a course at any time, and upon returning, simply click "Resume" next to the course name. Complete all questions to receive your Activity ID and course credit.

7. How long do I have to complete a course after purchase?
You have two years from the date of purchase to finish a course. This timeframe allows flexibility while ensuring timely completion and recertification.
